ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The case of the prosecution is that on 21.01.2022, due to previous enmity, these petitioners along with 6 others went to house of the defacto complainant in a car and two wheeler attacked one Manikandan and Vimal with deadly weapons, in which they had sustained injuries over the body and admitted in the hospital. On the statement given by the injured Manikandan, F.I.R has been registered for the offences under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii) and 307 of IPC. Though the injured has been discharged from the hospital after few days of in-patient treatment, the antecedence of the petitioner and his attempt in the life of the defacto complainant and his associate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Vimal deters this Court from granting bail to the petitioner at this juncture. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
