O R D E R

In this petition, on 15.03.2019, this Court passed the following order: "Notice to the respondent returnable by 29.03.2019. Private notice is also permitted.

Post on 29.03.2019.

There shall be an order of interim stay in respect of execution of sale deed alone, till then."

Subsequently, by order dated 29.03.2019, the said interim was extended till 12.04.2019. Thereafter, it was extended until further orders on 12.04.2019. 2.

Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly.
