4. It appears that the Writ Petitions may have become infructuous due to efflux of time, as the petitioners cannot have been kept in suspension for such a long period of time, since the impugned order was passed on 13.02.2016.

5. These Writ Petitions are closed with liberty to restore the same, in case, no disciplinary proceedings were initiated pursuant to impugned suspension order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
