ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3914 of 2025, dated 17.02.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu instead of reporting before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition imposed on him vide order dated 17.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3914 of 2025, since the petitioner is involved in another case in Crl.O.P.No.3916 of 2025, in which this Court vide order dated 17.02.2025 directed the petitioner to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu, therefore prays to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3914 of 2025. 3.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side). 4.

Considering the submissions of both sides, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3914 of 2025, dated 17.02.2025 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 5.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 07.03.2025 stn 2/4
