The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the matter is settled and the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 to 3 of 2013 also stand dismissed.
