This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when require for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.1784 of 2023 dated 30.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first and third Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
