This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondent police to record the evidence of PW1, PW3 and PW4 through in camera proceedings in S.C.No.282 of 2016 on the file of the learned II Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner is granted liberty to make appropriate application seeking for in-camera examination to PW1, PW3 and PW4, at the time of trial in S.C.No.282 of 2016 and on receipt of such application, the learned II Additional City Civil Court Judge, Chennai shall pass appropriate orders on its own merits as expeditiously.
