O R D E R

This petition has been filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 30.01.2017 made in W.P.No.851 of 2017 has not been complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as against the order dated 30.01.2017 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.581 of 2017, W.A.No.232 of 2017 was filed and by order dated 06.11.2017, the Hon'ble Division Bench has directed that from the next year onwards, the SSLC and HSC examinations shall be conducted in different centres, but in the same city and the installation of CCTV cameras and other strict measures, as ordered by the learned Single Judge shall remain unaltered. Since the said direction has not been complied with, the petitioner sought a direction to the respondent to comply the order passed.

3.Mr.K.Venkataramani, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the direction issued by the Hon'ble Division Bench stating that the examinations for the Academic Year in question, namely, 2016-2017 having been held already, from next year onwards, namely, Academic Year 2017-2018, SSLC and HSC examinations shall be conducted in different centres in the same city and the installation of CCTC cameras and strict measures as ordered by the learned Single Judge will also be complied with.
