Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted for executing the bond with sureties in CRL.OP.No.4263 of 2022 dated 22.02.2022 and may pass such other or furthe ordes as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case and thereby render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JAYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4263 of 2022 dated 22.02.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners state that the petitioners have already been deposited the conditional amount of Rs.5,000/- and Rs.25,000/- respectively, however, they could not able to execute the sureties before the concerned Court within the time prescribed. 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, time is extended till 31.03.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court. No further extension will be granted.
