COMMON PRAYER : Writ Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue Indent to the petitioners to carry the Transport of Auto LPG by Road with the respondents Corporation for 4 southern states.

2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents informs the Court that on 30.11.2015 itself, the Letter of Indent was issued to the lowest bidder owning new lorries. Hence, nothing survives to be decided in these Writ Petitions.

3. It is seen that there is no interim order granted in these Writ Petitions.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, these Writ Petitions are closed. No costs.
