Heard Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Arulmozhi Maran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.
2. Pursuant to the statutory notice dated 05.10.2018, the respondent herein viz., Mr.Anandhavelu, the Inspector of Police, Pappirddipatti Police Station, Dharmapuri District is personally present before this Court today.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court dated 09.01.2018 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be registered in FIR No.302 of 2018.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
