This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order of this Court, dated 06.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.1308 of 2024 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioners shall continue with the condition imposed by an order dated 06.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.1308 of 2024. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant any relaxation to the petitioners herein.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
