O R D E R
In view of the innocuous relief that is prayed for, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter.
2. Since the petition filed by the petitioner under the Maintenance of Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 is made over to the second respondent and the enquiry is said to be pending. The second respondent is requested to conduct the enquiry as expeditiously as possible by issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents and any other person interested in the matter and orders shall be passed in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of the web copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of this order.
3. It will also be open to the second respondent to pass any such interim order with reference to the residence of the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
