ORDER

It is contended on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner had sold the shop viz., Shop T/H-1, Phase-II, Koyambedu Whole Sale Market Complex on 16.07.2021 to one Thangavelu.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner was also not present even on the previous hearing date/15.11.2024. The matter had been listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'

3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
