ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned refusal check slip dated 13.12.2024 issued by the respondent and for a consequential direction to the respondent to register the sale deed dated 13.12.2024 executed by the petitioner and to release the document.

Heard Mr.S.B.Viswanathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Vijay, Additional Government Pleader for respondent. 3.When the matter came up for hearing on 05.03.2025 and 19.03.2025, this Court directed the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent to verify as to whether the subject property comes within the ambit of the properties belonging to Kalaimagal Sabha, and directed the Registry to list the matter for hearing today.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader based on the written instructions received from the 2/4

respondent, submitted that the subject property finds place only in the 'A' Register and it does not form part of the list of properties that belongs to Kalaimagal Sabha.

5. Considering the submissions made on either side and considering the written instructions received from the respondent, this Court is of the view that there can be no objection in registering the sale deed, since the subject property does not fall in the list of properties that belongs to Kalaimagal Sabha. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the respondent to entertain the sale deed dated 13.12.2024 presented by the petitioner and register the same, if it is otherwise in order.
