2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition. The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve copies on the learned counsel for the respondent. Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel for the respondent when the matter is listed for admission.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 829 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.27400 of 2022 is condoned.
4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise, in order and list the same for admission.
