ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the Trial Court to commence trial in S.C.No.282 of 2016 on the file of Learned II Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and dispose of the case within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Taking into consideration of the fact that the proceedings are pending from the year 2016 onwards, the learned II Additional City Civil Court Judge, Chennai shall endeavour to complete the proceedings in S.C. No.282 of 2016 as expeditiously. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
