PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.06.2018 given before the 2nd respondent police as per the direction dated 13.12.2018 given by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vandavasi in C.M.P.No.3780 of 2018 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the First Information Report on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.06.2018 given before the 2nd respondent police as per the direction dated 13.12.2018 given by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi in C.M.P.No.3780 of 2018.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.271 of 2021 has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 427, 506(i) of IPC and 3(1)(r) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 and the same is under investigation.
