Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the representation, an inquiry was conducted and an order has also been passed by the District Registrar on 21.03.2023, the present prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved against the order of rejection dated 21.03.2023, liberty is hereby granted to him, to challenge the same in accordance with law. No costs.
