ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein are the accused in a case of murder where according to the prosecution, due to the real estate dispute, the deceased was called to the site under dispute and A1 took the knife which was hidden on the back side of the tree, had stabbed the deceased on his chest and A2 cut the throat of the deceased causing instant death of the deceased person. The CCTV footage has been recovered from the scene of occurrence and the involvement of these petitioners is photographically evident.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners states that due to the action of the deceased for cancelling the Power of Attorney already executed in favour of the A2, the petitioners got suddenly provoked and stabbed the deceased.

3.This Court, on considering the gravity of the crime and manner in which it was committed and the evidence collected by the prosecution by way of CCTV footage and the stage of the investigation, is of the view that granting of bail to these petitioners at this stage will lead to tampering of evidence. Hence this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
