2. Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 08.03.2023, the property of the petitioner as well as 4th respondent were inspected on 19.03.2023 and found that the 4th respondent has put up building without any approved plan. In view of the same, notice was issued to the 4th respondent dated 20.04.2023 under Sections 57 read with 85 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 granting 30 days time to produce the approved plan. He further submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 will take further proceedings against the 4th respondent as per the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition.
