When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to withdraw the present writ miscellaneous petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition with modification of cause title. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the writ miscellaneous petition.

2. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a new petition with modification of cause title.
