Cont P No.139 of 2016 and CMP No.2818 of 2016 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J There are totally seven respondents in this second appeal. All the respondents have been served and they are represented through counsel. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that he died during November 2021 and hence, legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent must be brought on record. The necessary particulars shall be furnished to the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for appellant shall file an appropriate petition to implead the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent. The learned counsel who was appearing for the 1st respondent shall get the vakkalat from the legal heirs so that it can be filed immediately after the orders are passed in the petition.
