O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order made in I.A.No.69 of 2017 in O.S.No.1379 of 2012 dated

04.07.2017 on the file of the XV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up today (30.08.2017) for hearing, Mr.G.Jeremiah, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the Civil Revision Petition can be allowed by modifying the costs imposed by the trial Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the exemplary costs of Rs.15,000/- shall be modified as Rs.5,000/-.

4. Accordingly, by consent of both the parties, the order passed by the trial Court imposing the costs of Rs.15,000/- is set aside and the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the counsel for the respondent within a period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
