It seems that the prayer sought for in this writ petition is that to conduct Mega Annathanam Programme on 24.02.2019, on account of the birth anniversary of former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu on 24.02.2019. Now the period sought for in this petition is over. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation to the third respondent for future date.
