ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to call for the records of the proceedings of the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka.No.38469/W1/E1/2013 dated 9/10/2013 and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up today for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petition was field by the petitioner, he was transferred from Matiampatti to Dharmapuri Avvaiyar Girls Higher Secondary School only last year and in the middle of the academic year, the petitioner has been transferred again to Matiampatti, where the petitioner had already put in 4 1⁄2 years service. during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has already been transferred and joined the said post and, hence the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
