ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.251 of 2009 on the file of the learned District Munsif at Tiruvallur. 2.When the matter was listed before me on 08.08.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned District Munsif, Tiruvallur as to how long she would take to dispose of O.S.No.251 of 2009. 3.The learned District Munsic, Tiruvallur has submitted a report dated 14.08.2024 and she has requested for six (6) months time to dispose of the suit.

4.Accordingly, the learned District Munsif, Tiruvallur is required to dispose of the suit, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
