Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the representation of the petitioner seeking transfer of patta was considered and order has been passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.1132/2025/P4, dated 01.09.2025. The copy of the order has also been served to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
