O R D E R

This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in Crl.M.P.No.1728 of 2015 dated 18.06.2015.

2. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposed the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Karur and sign daily at 10.30 a.m. before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is the bread winner of his family and he is suffering from heart ailments and as Karur is 200 meters away from his residence, he find it difficult to comply with the said condition. Hence sought for modification of the said condition.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1728 of 2015 dated 18.06.2015 is modified to the effect https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and the Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
