ORDER

Challenging the initiation of proceedings under Domestic Violence Act, the petitioners have come before this Court by way of this revision.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that he has instructions to withdraw the revision since the petitioners herein have been exonerated from the proceedings before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

3. Recording the said submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
