Praying to direct the respondents to consider the application dated 12.11.2001 of the petitioner seeking to allot shop No.J-112/A1 Type situated at Periyar Vegetable Market, Koyambedu Wholesale Market Complex to the petitioner in the place of already allotted shop No.M-11/A5 Type by way of conversion of shop from lower category to higher category in terms of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.4004 of 2000 dated 08.03.2000 and until then forbear the respondents from allotting the said Shop No.J-112/A1 to any other persons.
