This petition has been filed to modify the order of the above writ petition dated 19.01.2024 by modifying the date of granting subsistence allowance at the rate of 75% to the petitioner from the existing 01.01.2024 to that of 01.02.2020'.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to amend the relevant portion of the order in W.P.No.1013 of 2024 dated 19.01.2024 and issue a fresh order copy.
