This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned certificate of recovery issued by the second respondent under

Section 150(1) of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.729/Tho.Koo./2018 dated 07.03.2018 and quash the same.

2. The impugned certificate of recovery has been issued under Section 150(1) of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 for recovery of Rs.6,52,906.20 and the cost of enquiry of Rs.250/- together with interest at 6% p.a. till the date of realization.

3. Today, when this case taken up for hearing, the learned counselfor the petitioner submits that entire amount has been paid by the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4. The above statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner stands recorded. In view of the above, no further order is required. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
