Cont.P.No.767 of 2020 Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order of this Court dated 31.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.15370 of 2013 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the G.O.(Ms).No.358, dated 25.09.2020 issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Home (Pol.2) Department, to that effect.
