The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20745 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 392, 397, 427, 336 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.648 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, every Monday for interrogation on receipt of summons.
