2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in the earlier order dated 12.06.2023, this Court had not fixed the upset price. Further, in the memo dated 17.04.2023, the applicant had stated that based on the encumbrance certificate, the upset price of the property was estimated as a sum of Rs.2,30,00,000/-.

3. In view of the above, this Court fixes the upset price of the scheduled mentioned property as a sum of Rs.2,30,00,000/- and also fixes the auction date as 11.09.2023 instead of 31.08.2023.
