PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent to not to harass the petitioners.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to not to harass the petitioners. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioners are the accused in S.C.No.119 of 2013 for the offence under Section 120(b), 449, 302, 392, 397 of IPC. He would further submit that they were called by the respondents in respect of 110 proceedings. The first respondent is not harassing the petitioners.

3.At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

would submit that the petitioners were the accused in S.C.No.119 of 2013 for the offence under Section 120(b), 449, 302, 392, 397 of IPC. The Trial Court by order dated 01.06.2015, had acquitted the petitioners and thereafter, for the past seven years the petitioners are not having any case against them and the respondents are unnecessarily harassing the petitioners. 4.The petitioners are acquitted as early as on 01.06.2015 and thereafter, no case is pending against them. In such circumstances, the respondents police shall not call the petitioners unnecessarily under the guise of enquiry and harass them.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
