Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in Na.Ka.No.3204/K1/2016 dated 29.12.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent herein and quash the same and permit the petitioner to supply the food items and etc. to the Denkanikotta Hospital, Krishnagiri District, pursuant to the order of 3rd respondent made in Mu.Mu.No.1835/K1/2016 dated 30.09.2016 .

O R D E R

The order impugned dated 29.12.2016, states that the writ petitioner was permitted to supply food and other items to the inpatients, who are admitted in the Government Hospital at Denkanikotta. However, the writ petitioner was permitted to supply the said items from 01.01.2017 to 31.03.2017. In view of the fact that the period granted has expired, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

2.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
