This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.125 of 2022 pertaining to Sections 3(2)(v)(va) of the SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989 pending investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent- Police.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing the respondents-Police submitted that the investigation is over and chargesheet has also been filed and the case is taken on file in C.C.No.128 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
