ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.35814 of 2016, by order dated 01.11.2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2016 seeking salary as well as arrears of salary from the date of joining i.e, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 05.11.2015, and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and

in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 01.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.When the matter came up on 30.06.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4.However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents and the representation of the petitioner was positively considered by the respondents.

5.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
