ORDER

Heard both sides. When the above contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the proceedings bearing referrence Na.Ka.7110/2014/A1 dated Nil.09.2016, signed on 12.09.2016 of the respondent to show that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent. It is further stated that in and by the said order dated Nil.09.2016 signed on 12.09.2016 the claim of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioners for incorporating their name in the patta on the

death of Mr. Karunakaran has been ordered by the respondent after enquiry.

In the light of the above order dated 12.09.2016 of the respondent, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
