Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to initiate the conciliation proceeding over the dispute raised by the petitioner's union dated 15.06.2011 over the charter of demand for wage revision, other allowances and submit a conciliation report to the appropriate government i.e.allowances and submit a conciliation report to the appropriate government i.e.Government of Puducherry within such time as may be fixed by this Honourable Court.
