C.M.P.No.18609 of 2024 in W.A.Sr.No.27357 of 2024 M.S.RAMESH, J., and M.JOTHIRAMAN, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 176 days in filing the appeal against the order made in W.P.No.25390 of 2014 dated 22.06.2023 passed by this Court.

2.Mr.S.John J.Raja Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.K.M.Ramesh, learned Senior Counsel for the second respondent, have no objection in the petition being allowed.

3. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
