This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to demarcate the properties belonging to the petitioners.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the representation made by the petitioners has already been taken on file and the enquiry is fixed on 19.03.2020. The learned counsel further submitted that notice will be sent to the petitioners in this regard.

In view of the above development, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the enquiry and take appropriate decision, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
