Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose the representation dated 17.02.2020 with regards to issue a joint patta including the name of the petitioner for the land comprising in S.No.433/1 and 433/2 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 17.02.2020 with regard to issue of joint patta including the name of the petitioner for the land comprised in S.No.433/1 and 433/2.

3. Heard Mr.Vadivel, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondent, has produced a copy of the notice sent to the petitioner dated 05.03.2020 directing the petitioner to appear in the enquiry to be held on 12.03.2020 at 4.00 p.m.

4. The petitioner and the rival party shall appear before the respondent on 12.03.2020 at 4.00 p.m and produce all documents in support their claims and after conducting enquiry, the respondent is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three (3) weeks from the date on which the enquiry is concluded.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
