ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.722 of 2017 dated 21.06.2017 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. pending on the file of the respondent police.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that further action in Cr.No.722 of 2017 was dropped on 13.10.2017 and they filed a report before the Tahsildar, Ambattur.
3. From the records, it is seen that the case was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C. in Crime No.722 of 2017 dated 21.06.2017 and further action was dropped by the respondent police in Crime No.722 of 2017 and the closure report has been filed before the Tahsildar, Ambattur. However, the respondent police is directed to file the report regarding closure of further proceedings in Crime No.722 of 2017 before 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
