2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner joined hands with other accused and involved in the act of chain snatching. It is alleged that while tracing the petitioner was identified and he was arrested. Hence, this case.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.1292 of 2026 dated 22.01.2026 on the following reasons: "5. Considering the facts, gravity of offence and the fact though the stolen property is recovered, there are eight previous cases pending against the petitioner, and if the petitioner is released on bail he will attempt to tamper the evidence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner".

4. Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 12.12.2025. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Since there is no change in circumstances to revisit the earlier order established before this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 23.02.2026 drl 2/4
