The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the 1st respondent to act against the 4th https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent Board pursuant to their show cause notice made in Na.Ka.No.4486/E2/2014 dated 19.06.2014 and further direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to convene meetings as directed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.30658 of 2008 dated 19.08.2009.
2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that in respect of the 4th respondent / Salem Milk Consumers Co-operative Sangam Limited, this Court has passed an order on 21.08.2018 in W.P.No.18729 of 2018. Accordingly, a proposal for amalgamation to the Director, Milk Production and Dairy Development Corporation was submitted as early as on 06.11.2017. Thus, the President has no power to deal with the properties belongs to the 4th respondent Milk Consumers Co-operative Sangam. In view of the order passed in W.P.No.18729 of 2018, no further consideration is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
