(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 53 days in filing the above Appeal against the order of the learned Single Judge in A.No.686 of 2020 in C.S.No.954 of 2008, dated 29.04.2025.

Even though notice served on all the respondents and counsel also represented on behalf of RR2 to 5, no counter has been filed.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned.
