ORDER

The petitioner claims to be one of the joint pattadhars, as per the joint patta bearing No.2899 issued on 10.3.2018, in respect of the property covered in Survey No.1339/2A3 at Sivanmalai village in Kangayam Taluk. He also claims to be in possession and enjoyment of the same to an extent of 1.29 acres. When he has taken steps to sub divide his land, he came to know that the actual extent of land situated in Survey No.1339/2A1 is wrongly entered as Survey No.1339/2A3 in the patta and vice versa, namely, the extent of land situated in Survey No.1339/2A3 is entered as that of Survey No.1339/2A1. Therefore, he has given a representation to the Tahsildar, Kangayam. But the same has not been disposed of. Hence, he has come to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
